  I have perishable medication delivered every month for an autoimmune disease. I had no problems at my last address but since moving to Athens, literally every month there is some sort of issue. They try to deliver to my neighborhood's office before or after closing, they straight up do not even try to deliver to the office or my house and mark me as a failed delivery, they try to deliver to my house if I'm out but not the office that is open and has received other UPS packages the same time. Each time there is an excuse, they went to the office or there was no unit number of the label, etc. The time they said there was no unit number, I ended up having to go down to the center to get my package. They were supposed to set it aside, but NOPE. I had to wait while the one employee there tried to find my package along with two other peoples'. And she printed a new label to cover the old one. Well, I took that one off carefully and saw the old label with my FULL address including the unit number on it. So, I was obviously lied to. I don't know why I would think they were competent enough to deliver my medication two days before Christmas. I have been home all day and the office has been open from 9am-4pm. Somehow, my package was marked as held for later delivery at 7:25am this morning and I received a call from the middleman logistics company for my specialty pharmacy at 11am saying there was a failed delivery. Nonsense. I called UPS and they said it is supposed to come the next business day. I explained what the package is, and they are contacting the local hub to make sure this gets out tonight. You think that would be self-explanatory to the local people since the box says something to the effect of "ALERT: OPEN IMMEDIATELY, PERISHABLE" on the box. I have no issue with the postal service or even Fedex at this address, which in the past has not performed as well as UPS. I have always tried to use UPS whenever possible, but beware this UPS center. Update: Lady from the center never called me back. And no one here claims to be the one who called. Good thing we showed up to the center 40 minutes ago. They're still looking for my package.

  I had 2 packages left on the side of my driveway. My driveway is close to a quarter of a mile from the road and this is where my packages were left. My mom happen to see them and picked them up. Anybody could of picked them up off the side of the road. When I put in my package tracking number it says it was left on my porch. LIES. LIES. LIES. When I complained the lady I talked to acted like it was my fault.
